Let's make food fun again!

Hi! I’m Ariana, Accredited Practising Dietitian, Nutritionist and Founder of So Foody Dietetics. Specialised in Non-Diet, Gut-Health, Mental Health Dietetics and Mediterranean cuisine.

Helping you make food fun again.

If you’re over restrictive diets and ready to heal your relationship with food, mind and body, you’ve come to the right place!

 Our commitment

I’ve supported hundreds of people to regain control with food and eating and boost their mood through food! It is my passion to support you in giving yourself permission to enjoy all foods without guilt.

Self-care starts with food.

So Foody is founded on lived experience with disordered eating, generalised anxiety disorder, irritable bowel syndrome, and a passion for non-restrictive nutrition (aka nourishing your inner child!!). As a Greek-Australian self-proclaimed ‘Foody’, I am also committed to sharing my knowledge and experience with Mediterranean cuisine and simple home cooking.

Welcome to our community of Foody’s!
